Heads-up: gtypist dependencies

Daniel (or anyone else who can change setup.hint files),

Could emacs and perl be removed from the requirements for gtypist?  I
thought I changed this before gtypist was uploaded but it was pointed
out to me on the cygwin list that it was not.  These are only required
for the tools which make and edit the lesson files (and is duly noted in
the Cygwin README) but not for gtypist itself.  Thanks!
