I have at least an X11 version of Tk-800.024 at the webserver for
testing, so if someone is interested, please ask.  The 800.025 is not
released yet, I'm trying to get all needed changes in, NI-S offered to
install Cygwin himself so maybe I can help him to get a minimal Cygwin
up and running, then we have good chances to get a clean build of Tk.

Gtk2, that would require to have at least glib and gtk++ in the
distribution.
