I see only child-test failing, it hangs forever.  This is already
reported in the bug database without resolution, they hope that some
Cygwin folks will help to resolve it...:

Thanks for this info, I'll look into this issue later.  Since it seems
to work as is, I wonder what may be the problem with it.
