Hello,

I want to contribute/maintain JasPer.
Project page: http://www.ece.uvic.ca/~mdadams/jasper/

JasPer is the open source (MIT license) JPEG-2000 implementation and is
used e.g. by ImageMagick for JPEG-2000 in case it is present when
ImageMagick is configured.
