I notice that a lot of small applications are being proposed and added when they have 3 votes. Wouldn't it make sense to have a contrib or extra directory with relaxed requirements (maybe just a vote) before Cygwin has 1000 official applications, making it very hard to go through in setup ? -- http://www.pervalidus.net/contact.html
