This is a version of emacs built from the current official GNU emacs
CVS sources, for those who want to try it out. There is support for
editing larger files (approx. 256M) and it comes with "tramp", a package
for editing files on remote machines via various methods (e.g. ssh).
News about the changes made so far can be had via "C-h n".
This version has been compiled to use Xaw3d scrollbar widgets.
I changed the hint files to list 21.3.50-2 as "test", and the existing 21.2
versions as "curr" and "prev".
