Setup.exe "Keep mode" bug

Hi,

The setup version currently on the Cygwin web site exhibits the following
behavior: in "Keep" mode, it was impossible to select the new version of
the Cygwin package for the upgrade.  The machine had cygwin-1.5.9-1
installed, and we were trying to select 1.5.12-1.  The only choices were
"Uninstall" and "Keep".  I apologize for not having the time to produce a
better bug report, and don't think setup.log.full from that session
survived (I can probably send the relevant snippet of setup.log later).
This is just on the off chance that someone can reproduce this in the
meantime.
