procmail: Suspicious rcfile .procmailrc

Hello,

when running fetchmail each mail message produces a messages like
this:

Nachricht user@there:21 von 21 wird gelesen (6256 Oktetts) ......procmail: Suspicious rcfile
"/home/user/.procmailrc"
procmail: Couldn't read "/home/user/.procmailrc"
 nicht geflusht

`ll .procmailrc`:
-rw-------    1 user     Kein        11314  5. Nov 18:51 .procmailrc

`id`:
uid=1004(user) gid=513(Kein) Gruppen=0(root),513(Kein),544(Administratoren),545(Benutzer),1005(Debugger Users)

OS is WinXP Home.

How can I make procmail read my ~/.procmailrc?
