forwarding of announcements disabled?

I wonder how this newline comes in. I use Mozilla Mail, and usually 
before sending, I do a Edit -> Rewrap. Maybe this is applied to the 
Subject line as well?

As a workaround I can write shorter subject lines, by putting the short 
description into the message body.
