This package includes the GNOME 1.4 CORBA implementation.  As part of
GNOME 1.4, it's included in every major distribution, so this just needs
a GTG review.

I intend to rename the currently packaged libIDL-0.8.x as libIDL2, in
order to make room for this libIDL, and I've already planned how to make
the transition.
