Looking at my logs, I see that I misremembered and that 1.15.1 isn't
even building.  I guess that means that some parts of the 1.13.25 patch
didn't cleanly apply so they'll have to be recreated.  I don't seem to
have the patch from the raw source to the patched source anymore.  It
looks like, at the very least FOPEN_TEXT_READ needs to be defined.
