Urgent upload: exim-4.52-2

Urgent. The exim-config script goes into an infinite loop
on new installs due the ash/bash change. It's fixed in
this version.

So please upload exim-4.52-2 from

About the old version, I thought there could only be one.
There is no problem keeping exim-4.41* and exim-4.43*
but delete 4.52-1
