Uploaded. I removed 2.1.71-1.
James, could you please do me a favour and restructure your ftp
directory so that you put the files into a hirarchy, the same way
as it is on cygwin.com, please? Instead of having a plain directory
which contains also the octave-doc-2.1.71-3.tar.bz2 and the
octave-doc.hint file, please create a subdir octave-doc which contains
the octave-doc-2.1.71-3.tar.bz2 and a setup.hint file. This way I can
upload by a simple wget/cpio, while as you did above, I had to create
the subdirs manually and also manually I had to rename all the new
hint files. That's unnecessary work, if you ask me.
