gpl ghostscript 8.50 released 12/31

It appears the ghostscript developers snuck in a new gpl release just before
the end of the year, updating gpl ghostscript from 8.15 to 8.50:

Per the last maintainer's update from Corrina

I am the go-to guy on this.  So, I'll start very soon.  Any tips on this
package that others (particularly the previous maintainer) have to offer will
be "thoughtfully considered".
