New Package: pygtk2-2.6.3-1

The following package has been added to the Cygwin net release:

*** pygtk2-2.6.3-1

PyGTK is a set of Python bindings for the Glib-2, ATK, Pango, GTK+-2, 
and LibGlade-2 libraries, which allows GTK+ apps to be written in pure 
Python.
