mssing packages for cygwin

Not on this list.  Reread cygwin.com/lists.html, and you will (hopefully)
see two things: 1) there is a FAQ (and this question is a FAQ), 2) this
particular list is for packagers, not for finding packages.  The primary
list is for questions.
