[RFU] lftp-3.5.11-2

There were two packaging errors in lftp-3.5.11-1:

* /etc/lftp.conf was being automatically overwritten on installation.
* setup.hint listed incorrect dependencies.

Both of these errors are fixed in lftp-3.5.11-2.  Please upload.
