Emacs is coming back - all pleased?

It has been over 24 hours -- should we still be waiting for this to 
propagate to the mirrors?  Emacs is still listing
'xemacs-emacs-common' as a prerequisite.  I have edited my setup.ini to 
remove it from the list of 'requires' for
emacs several times, but setup.exe still lists it.
