Now there is an additional empty directory

 /usr/share/doc/stgit

I also get the following when building from source:

./stgit-0.13-1.sh all
[FATAL] ./stgit-0.13-1.sh.CygbuildBootVariablesGlobalEtcMain: c:No directory found at /usr/local/etc/etc
