I like to take over sysvinit as I use it.
I just compiled the latest sysvinit-2.86. 'last' from sysvinit-2.86
doesn't compile anymore because cygwin lacks IPv6 support. So we could
live with 'last' from util-linux.
But first of all I have to test my build.
