No there is no hidden agreement between us, neither did I want to take over all his packages.

It's just like that I needed those packages up to date, and since I was not able to contact the maintainer on a short term, I built
them myself and thought that I could share it with the community on a co-maintainer basis.

I agree that this was the wrong approach. Sorry if I offended anyone.
Please ignore my RFUs regarding libgpg-error and libgcrypt.
