Hi

I would like to adopt and maintain the 'lcms' package from 
Gerrit P.Haase and split it into 'lcms/liblcms1/liblcms-devel/python-lcms'
packages.

NOTE: Due to monolithic nature of Gerrit's old package the following packages
will have wrong dependencies

   libMagick-devel
   libMagick10         Volker seems to be working on it (the other one) - so if
my ITA gets accepted
   libMagick6          before he releases a new version, everything is fine

   libmng              Volker is working on it (me)
