Btw., even if you don't consider the Posix 200x functions
futimens/utimensat, you don't need futimsat(dirfd, NULL, timeval):
futimes (dirfd, timeval);
So, actually I think that using futimesat this way is a gratuitous
utilization of a glibc extension.
