Question about obsoleted files during installation of NS2allinone-2.29 on XP

Hello, 

I'm installing NS2allinone-2.29 on XP.
It requires to install those Cygwin files which have been obsoleted according to Cygwin webage.

xorg-x11-bin
xorg-x11-devel
xorg-x11-libs-data

Could you give me some advice on this? 
Do I have to install those files in any way to make sure 2.29 works correctly? or Can I ignore them?
