Another 0.3 release, to fix the chere incompatibility. Sneaked in a
couple of small enhancements as well.

Changes:
- Now supporting -e option (which can still be omitted)
- Added Alt+F2 shortcut for duplicating the session
- Added xterm sequence for changing palette colours and a manpage tip
on how to use it
