Hi Yaakov,
I assume you mean

  /usr/lib/perl5/5.10/i686-cygwin/perllocal.pod
  /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10/i686-cygwin/Graphics/Magick.pm
  /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10/i686-cygwin/auto/Graphics/Magick/.packlist
  /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10/i686-cygwin/auto/Graphics/Magick/Magick.dll
  /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10/i686-cygwin/auto/Graphics/Magick/autosplit.ix

I skipped them for problem with gcc-4.3.2-1,
but with gcc-4.3.2-2, everything is fine. 
 
Should they stay in libGraphicsMagick3
or in libGraphicsMagick-devel ?
