Uploaded.

We have 6 versions of mined on sourceware, 14-2, 15-0, 15.2-0, 15.3-0,
15.4-0, and 16-0.  Are there one or two which can be removed?

Btw., who has accepted the announcement message without checking if
the files have actually been uploaded?
