setup snapshots missing?

  Ah.  Does that mean there's no downloadable archive of the exact sources
used to build the currently-distributed setup.exe/setup-legacy.exe, nor (what
I was particularly hoping to find) corresponding debug builds?  (I thought we
generally did releases by uploading a snapshot and then copying that to the
top-level URL, but I guess I was just assuming, nobody ever said so explicitly.)
