OK, all packages rebuild fine from souce.  Also, now we have:

a) the gcc packages are GTG
b) the binutils package is GTG
c) the runtime package is GTG
d) the pthreads package is GTG

but ...

e) the headers setup.hint is missing a final " on the ldesc.

If you'd like to update that package, then we can go ahead and upload
the whole lot...
