libtorrent packaging question

Hi All,

libtorrent / rtorrent 0.12.8 has been released and I am in the process
of packaging it.  With the new release they have bumped the API
version so what was libtorrent11 (in 0.12.6) is not libtorrent14 (in
0.12.8).  So from a packaging perspective I have:

libtorrent-0.12.8-1.tar.bz2
libtorrent-0.12.8-1-src.tar.bz2
libtorrent14-0.12.8-1.tar.bz2
libtorrent-devel-0.12.8-1.tar.bz2

My question is, how do I handle the transition from libtorrent11 to
libtorrent14?  Do I have to do anything or will setup figure it out?
