As a straightforward answer to questions along these lines:

- I loved the old Cygwin Bash Shell with its endearingly quirky
scrolling and copy'n'paste. Where did it go?

- Mysql/Python/Java/Cmd.exe/other_interactive_non_cygwin_program
doesn't work properly in this crappy new terminal. Can you make them
work again please.
