builds and packages fine, GTG

requires is incomplete:

/usr/bin/cygwin1.dll  =>  cygwin-1.7.16-1
/usr/bin/cyggcc_s-1.dll  =>  libgcc1-4.5.3-3
/usr/bin/cygstdc++-6.dll  =>  libstdc++6-4.5.3-3
