cygport: check setup.hint?

Since I have made a snapshot package, cygport picks up that package as a
dependency.  I've patched pkg.cygpart to filter these out (grep -Ev
'^(…|…)-' before the first sed invocation), but a more general solution
to this problem would be most welcome.
