[cygwin64]man does not display correctly.

man on cygwin64 does not display correctly for me on Windows 8 64-bit. I
have uploaded a comparison image using the latest versions of both
packages. Both commands were 'man split'

32-bit on the left, 64-bit on the right. This is on the same system.

 I was unable to find any information about this so I decided to post here.
