Ok, I guess you'll try soon :)

I think it's good to have a maintainer for the docs again, and pulling
the doc build process up to a more modern basis certainly doesn't hurt.

So, thanks for volunteering!  It's much appreciated.  Please send
patches to the cygwin-patches list, just like for code changes.
