[64bit] Updated: {man/manlint}-1.6g-2: Man, apropos and whatis commands

Hi

New 64bit versions of 'man/manlint' have been uploaded to a server near you.


 o Fixes the isssues with man which are mentioned in
  ->  http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin-apps/2013-04/msg00340.html

  Make sure to call
  
   /usr/bin/cp /etc/defaults/etc/man.conf /etc/man.conf

 o Build for cygwin 1.7.18 with gcc-4.5.3
 o Uses cygport for .hint files generation
 o debuginfo package included
 o split manlint and manpage in it's own package
