sqlite3

Hi all

Sorry to be a pain - but just used the installer to grab sqlite3 so I
could use the command line tool, however when running it I get:

SQLite header and source version mismatch
2013-05-20 00:56:22 118a3b35693b134d56ebd780123b7fd6f1497668
2013-04-12 11:52:43 cbea02d93865ce0e06789db95fd9168ebac970c7

Oh noes! On linux i'd know what to do, but I am a total cygwin noob,
and it seems like one would expect it to work as packaged.

Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help.
