Missing 64 bit packages

If libtorrent is using autotools, you could get away with overriding
the affected autotools variables like, say,

  gl_cv_have_arbitrary_file_name_length_limit=yes

to disallow running test applications during configure.

If that doesn't work, you could provide a cygport file and somebody
else could try to build the 64bit version for you.
