Hi,

This is the new pthreads implementation from mingw-w64, it will obsolete the pthreads-win32 package.
The final release for pthreads-win32 will now only contain the DLL without any headers/libraries to link against, for compatibility sake.

Since the mingw-w64-headers package has a few stub headers replaced by winpthreads,
I made winpthreads a requirement to the headers package, so the files don't conflict.

Here's the setup.hint file for 32bit and 64bit respectively.
