SuiteSparse: upset messages

On 2013-07-15 16:43, upset lived up to its name and complained:

Marco,

The problem was that libSuiteSparse-devel-3.7.1-1 was left without a 
source package of the same version.  I moved that out of the way for 
now; let me know if you need it restored.
