[64bit] Wrong permissions on emacs-auctex directory

Marco,

I'm trying to update emacs-auctex, but you're the owner of 
/sourceware/ftp/pub/cygwin/64bit/release/TeX/emacs-auctex, and the 
cygwin group doesn't have write permission on the directory or its 
files.  Could you fix this?
