[ITA] Perl Distributions

Net-DNS has received an update with patches for Win32/Cygwin.  It also
has a few new dependencies, some of them optional.  In order for the
full functionality to be available, the following new packages need to
be maintained by me:

perl-MIME-Base32
perl-Digest-GOST
perl-Digest-BubbleBabble
perl-Crypt-OpenSSL-Random
perl-Crypt-OpenSSL-Bignum
perl-Crypt-OpenSSL-DSA
perl-Crypt-OpenSSL-RSA
perl-Crypt-OpenSSL-EC
perl-Crypt-OpenSSL-ECDSA
perl-Net-DNS-SEC

I intend to release the update and the new distributions for Perl-5.22
only.
