That is a good start, but:
> units.cygport
> units-2.14-1.hint
> units-2.14-1.tar.xz
> units-2.14-1-src.tar.xz
> units-debuginfo-2.14-1.hint
> units-debuginfo-2.14-1.tar.xz
This is the build from only one architecture. Each archful package
needs to be built for each of x86 (32-bit) and x86_64 (64-bit). Are you
set up to build both?

"cygport upload" takes care of this for you.
