calm down ?

Hi
Is it my impression or "calm" processing at server
is stacked in this moment ?

To solve the problem
ERROR: package 'pylint' is at paths pylint and python-pylint/pylint

I moved 'pylint' from the ARCHs to the 'python-pylint/pylint'
noarch and waited the canonical full rebuild.
But calm seems to not process today upload tentatives.
