is postfix ORPHANED?

Is postfix ORPHANED? If so I can do an ITA.

I noticed that it was last packaged 2017-04-22 14:44 for version 2.11.9.

Postfix No longer supported stable releases [1] include:

Postfix 3.2 (Final update: April 2021)
Postfix 3.1 (Final update: February 2020)
Postfix 3.0 (Final update: February 2019)
Postfix 2.11 (Final update: January 2018)

Also the source for 2.11.9-1 no longer builds on modern Cygwin installs.
