thanks for the advice

upstream changed the behaviour between 3.8 and 3.9
and it seems I need to respin some packages

$ for i in /usr/bin/*3.9 ;do  head -n1 $i ; done | grep "9$" |wc -l
81

$ for i in /usr/bin/*3.9 ;do  head -n1 $i ; done | grep "n$" |wc -l
5
