[PATCH] m4/libtool.m4: fix test when multilib not used by project

Hi folks,

Latest libtool has a bug when config tests ld - patch submitted upstream - dups 
recent bug report and patch.

Libtool maintainer may wish to apply to current package in new release for 
package maintainers.
