Shared libraries with undefined symbols

Is there an equivalent to

gcc -shared -Wl,-undefined -Wl,dynamic_lookup o/boot.c -o unixport/libboot.so

or

gcc -shared -Wl,--allow-shlib-undefined o/boot.c -o unixport/libboot.so

on cygwin?
