Could create using:

	$ getent passwd > /etc/passwd

but you might have to also tweak entries in:

# /etc/nsswitch.conf
...
# passwd:   files db
...
# db_enum:  cache builtin

I use a script which works and runs:

	ssh cygwin@cygwin.com jobs cancel "$@"

although I probably have not tested against playground repo or branch for 
packages where I am not maintainer.
