python 3.12 is now the default so the following packages are in need of
rebuilding:

* packages which are a python module and don't yet offer a python312 version
* packages which contain a library and which provide a python binding
for it, and don't yet offer a python312 version
* packages which contain executables or dlls which link against
libpython3.N.dll (for example, to embed the python interpreter)
* packages which contain a python script which relies upon (possibly
private) modules installed to the versioned site-packages directory

The list of packages which meet these criteria is large, so I'll just
point to it [1] rather than duplicating it all here.

(You can sort that list by maintainer by clicking on the column heading,
to more easily locate your packages)

If you're no longer interested in maintaining the packages listed there,
please let us know so we can stop bothering you about it.

Stuff on that list which hasn't been rebuilt since before
python3.9-times are probably all candidates for removal.
